SITUATION VACANT - FULL OR PART TIME GROOM

A great employment opportunity has arisen for a full time groom to work in a friendly, private livery yard based in Winsley, Bradford On Avon, Nr Bath.

The role would be assisting in the management of 12 horses kept on livery, which would involve all stable duties and the exercising of 2-3 horses.

The right candidate must be reliable, competent and have previous experience working in a similar role and ideally be qualified to a minimum of BHS stage 2 but not essential.

Stunning 16.1hh black WB gelding. Rising 7. I am looking for a competent dressage rider to exercise and compete my gelding in return for some contribution towards costs. I would also consider a full loan but only to absolutely the right home. I have had Blue for the past 4 years and backed him myself. He is absolutely my pride and joy but unfortunately is now limited to dressage and light competition only. He has fabulous paces and is positive to excel at dressage with the right rider. He is also a real character. He has competed at RC level and unaffiliated dressage with encouraging marks, however needs more schooling to go on and achieve his full potential. The down side of this is that he is very clever and unfortunately not a novice ride. He can be very extravagant and is a whole lot of horse to sit on! I can provide transport and we have good facilities nearby for training and schooling.
